What you will learn
Profound combination of sounds and movements that resonate with your internal organs creating harmony.
Why sounds are healing and why you should introduce a chanting/sound practice in your daily routine.
Inner Smile Meditation to accompany the six healing sounds.
Knowledge of the benefits of the six healing sounds.
Yin and Yang emotions associated with each sound to be balanced.
Optional seven sound (only for female participants).
How you will learn
1 workshop of 2 hours, with a short break. You will learn the movements, and the sounds and will be able to practise them.
Opportunity to ask questions during the classes.
You will receive a brief handbook with additional explanations.
You can be corrected in your movements or sounds in person.
I have noticed less irritability since practising Qi Gong, and more self-acceptance. I have also noticed more flexibility in my spine. I think this year has been more manageable for me thanks to Alda's Qi Gong classes!

Alda is a tai chi and qigong instructor with over 10 years experience, as well as an experienced psychotherapist. She was always drawn to the healing sounds and has since discovered the scientific basis for such a powerful practice.
Applying patience, imagery and a bit of humour, Alda will introduce you to this ancient Taoist practice that she has been practising for many years.
It can help with chronic aches, calming down the nervous system, and creating new insights about your emotional "baggage".
Alda will help you enter into a meditative state to take the most of the workshop.
